• Types of Messages: ride confirmations, reminders, updates, account notifications, and important service announcements.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary (typically 1–2 per scheduled transport).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to (703) 673-7145 at any time. A confirmation message will be sent and   no further SMS will be delivered unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP or contact us at (703) 673-7145 or  info@protegotransport.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No Marketing: Protego Transport LLC does not send promotional or marketing texts.
• Consent Not Required: Consent to SMS is not a condition of receiving transportation services.

• Name, phone number, and email (for scheduling and confirmations).
• Pickup/drop-off details (to deliver transportation services).

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third  parties  for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.  Your data is only used for Protego Transport LLC business  operations  (scheduling rides, sending confirmations, providing customer  support). If aggregated or de-identified information is shared, the   purpose of such sharing will be clearly explained.
