Protego Transport is a family owned non emergency medical transportation provider based in Manassas, VA, serving seniors and individuals with mobility needs across Virginia. We deliver offer wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory transportation with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and comfort. Our mission is to set a higher standard for NEMT services by providing professional, compassionate service that families can trust and facilities can rely on. We are committed to supporting facilities through reducing scheduling and coordination burdens for healthcare partners, while improving access to safe transportation for the communities we serve.
Our Story
Protego Transport began with a simple observation. Too many seniors and individuals with mobility challenges across Northern Virginia were struggling to find rides they could truly count on. Families needed a partner who would treat their loved ones with genuine care, and healthcare facilities needed a transportation team they could trust to show up on time, every time.
So a family owned company was built to answer that need. Drawing on years of experience in operations, customer service, and community care, the team set out to raise the standard for non emergency medical transportation. Every decision, from the vehicles we choose to the way we train our drivers, comes back to three simple values that guide everything we do: safety, reliability, and compassion.
